Mike Brown brought a motion to the floor concerning what to charge for hats and shirts from the px. The current cost of hats is $12.69 per hat plus shipping and handling cost. Mr. Brown suggested that hats sell for $17.00 plus shipping and handling cost, shirts to sell for $22.50 plus shipping and handling. The motion was passed by majority vote.

All ordered shirts and hats through the px will be mailed direct by the hat and shirt maker, to the individual buyer.

Mike Brown informed the membership that the CD's (photo album) are now 3 in number and the cost should be increased in price to cover expenses. The cost of making the photo album is $10.00 plus shipping and handling cost. The motion asked for an increase from $15.00 to $20.00 of which $10.00 would go to the alumni account. The motion passed by majority vote.

The annual membership dues to the alumni association will remain at $15.00 per year. The association membership cards were signed by the association President.
